Do you need supplements to gain muscle effectively? Are supplements necessary to build a muscular, head-turning body?

Well, it really all just depends on how you define "need".

If you're aiming to build muscle size and strength, then supplements are not a must.

If you execute a smart training program, eat the proper foods, sleep and recover then you can still build a good body without using any supplements at all.

However, if you're aiming to achieve the best results possible in the shortest amount of time and as conveniently as possible, then yes, supplements are necessary.

You don't need supplements to gain muscle, but you do need supplements to gain muscle at the fastest and most efficient rate possible.
