For any back exercise in your routine, there is one basic piece of equipment that allows you to build muscle fast and lets you increase the amount of weight you can lift.
Think it's difficult to find? There is a secret, my friend, and if you haven't added this simple apparatus to your routine to build muscle fast, you've already greatly diminished your gains in size and strength.
What simple equipment could great enhance your capacity to build muscle fast? Suprisingly, it's just a pair a lifting straps.
A set of lifting straps is a basic and powerful apparatus that allows you to build muscle fast. But for various reasons, most lifters fail to use them. For the uninitiated, the lifting strap is a set of set of thick straps that you place around your waist and around whatever device you're using, like barbells or cable attachments.
They are designed to "eliminate" any possibility of losing your grip since you will have a tight connection between the weight and your wrists. With lifting straps, you won't have to worry about your forearms and wrists reaching fatigue before the actual muscles that you are targeting.
Listen and I'll explain why this is important…
Say for example that you are doing a set of deadlifts, perhaps the best muscle-building exercise out there.
You have a goal of 8 reps. After getting yourself mentally prepared, you grip the bar and begin your reps. You get to rep 5 with no issues, then you instantly find that you are struggling to hold the bar and eventually you have to drop it.
Your set ended prematurely since your forearms became fatigued. Why did this happen?
You put too much stress on your forearms!
While this is great if you want forearms like Popeye, you decreased the stress that you would have given to your shoulders, backs, legs, and every other muscle that the deadlift stimulates. Not good!
If you would have used lifting straps, you would have prevented this issue and been able to build muscle fast because you would have reached muscle failure in the muscle groups that the deadlift actually targets instead of your wrists and forearms.
You should use lifting straps with any exercise that could be affected by your grip such as exercises that target your back and legs. You might hear some lifters claim that lifting straps are just a "crutch" that hinders you from gaining strength and size in your forearms and grips.
You can't be serious! What are your goals? Do you want to get massive gains in your back, shoulders, chest, and everywhere else, or do you just want to be able to open tight jars on command?

You can always improve your grip strength and forearm size by incorporating targeted exercises into your regimen. You can use a lifting strap to build muscle fast, so you need to use one if you aren't doing so already.
